— Studio policy
Booking & cancellation policy.
Our booking and cancellation policy is built around one idea: every chair is a single reserved seat. Below are the working rules for appointments, redo windows, removals, refills and parking — all pulled from the same published pricing you'll see at booking. Our team of licensed technicians will walk you through anything service-specific when you reserve.
How the studio works.
By appointment
One seat at a time.
All services are by appointment. Reserve through our online widget or by phone — same-day openings happen, Saturdays rarely.
Healthy first
Gel-only, no acrylic.
We intentionally do not use acrylic — gel-based systems are gentler on your nails and on the studio's air quality.
Premium products only
Verified brands.
Kérastase, Milbon, Leonor Greyl, Oribe, René Furterer for scalp; Aprés and Japanese gel systems for nails. No unverified or low-grade products.
— The fine print
Policy questions,
answered.
Cancellations, redo windows, removal pricing, refill timing, late arrivals and parking — the details, before you book on the reservation page.
How do appointments and bookings work? +
We're appointment-first: every chair is reserved for a single client at a time, so the room stays calm and your technician can focus. Book through the online reservation page (Boulevard widget, real-time availability) or call (650) 386-6904. Same-day slots do open up — call first, especially on Saturdays.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We're finalizing the published version of our cancellation policy. In the meantime the working rule is simple: tell us as early as you can — by phone or Instagram DM — and we'll rebook you without drama. Any final terms for a specific service are confirmed when you reserve through the booking widget.
A nail chipped a few days after my visit. Do you redo it? +
Yes — chip repair is free within 7 days of a Basic, Supreme or Luxury Gel Mani. Past 7 days it's the $5-per-nail Nail Repair add-on. Same-day walk-ins for a quick repair are usually fine; call ahead so we can hold a seat.
What does removal cost? +
Gel removal is free for returning L2 clients, or $10 if the set was done at another salon. Extension (Gel-X) removal is free for returning clients, $30 from another salon. Lash extension removal is $30 — a gentle dissolve cream, no pulling. Full pricing lives on the nail menu.
When should I book a refill instead of a fresh set? +
Nails: a Gel Extension Refill (+$25) tops up an existing Gel-X set — most clients come back every 2–3 weeks. Lashes: refill within 2 weeks is $79, within 3 weeks $99; past week 4 a fresh set works better than a rebuild. Booking the refill window saves you money — that's why we publish it.
I'm running late — what happens to my appointment? +
Because every service is a single reserved seat, arriving late shortens your own treatment time. Call us as soon as you know — depending on the day we can sometimes shift things, and we'd rather adjust than rush your ritual.
Where do I park, and when are you open? +
Villa Street has free 2-hour street parking, and the California Street parking structure one block away gives you the first two hours free — use the structure for 90-minute rituals. Hours: Monday and Wednesday–Sunday 10:00–19:00, closed Tuesday. Address: 860 Villa St, Mountain View.
